What You’ll Be Responsible For
☑️ Move accounts from approved → funded → invested
☑️ Execute investment model assignments and support trades
☑️ Maintain accurate data across CRM and custodial systems
☑️ Track onboarding progress and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
☑️ Support compliance and documentation processes
☑️ Ensure accounts are properly activated for billing
☑️ Assist with rebalancing and ongoing investment operations

☑️ Clients are onboarded quickly and correctly
☑️ Accounts are implemented without delays
☑️ Systems stay clean, organized, and reliable
☑️ The team operates with clarity and confidence
